Well, I guess something else that I tried different in my diet is my
problem. 100% of people that replied to my question (and there were a lot!)
about this flour said that the gluten in it is fine as it does not contain
gliadin, which harms us. Cassave, or manioc flour is fine for celiacs.

Eat up!
