Does anyone know what I could use as a substitute for HVR Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix when making a spread for 'vegetable pizza'?  In the original recipe it is mixed with cream cheese and sour cream and spread on a flattened tube of refrigerated crescent rolls, then topped with chopped fresh vegetables and shredded cheese.

In place of the crescent rolls I was thinking of using a pizza shell (I have Kinikinnik) but that seems too dense.  I need something easy, preferably pre-made as one of my daughters is planning to make this favorite for her newly diagnosed sister (both college age).
