Hi all,
As a newbie to this group, I do alot of surfing for info about CD. I
found an interesting and informative page regarding CD, IBS, Crohns,
etc. It has a diet plan called the "core diet" Just thought I would let
you know about it, especially other newbies.

If others have found this page, and have any comments. This doctor at
least admitts food allergies and grains as the culprit in most GI
disorders.
