My girlfriend met a celiac woman from Sweden in a health food store. The
Swede told my friend how difficult it is to be celiac in the U.S. She
said in Sweden, celiac disease is "rampant" & considered a disability.
She gets $300 deposited into her bank account every month from the
government. She also said eating out was easier. I've heard that many
restaurants in Europe have GF menues. Is that true? Dream of it!
