My baby and I were just diagnosed with celiac but my husband and other two kids do not have it. I am having a tough time coming up with meals that please everyone without cooking two meals for every one eaten. I am feeling like a short order cook.

Does any one have any tasty recipes for the "bread" part of the meal something that would please dh and the kiddos that don't have celiac but also that baby and mom can eat?

My biggest problem is that I never knew what my problem was so I always cooked whatever was easy. Know I am realizing that there are sooooo many products that I've always used that have gluten in them.

Thanks for any suggestions that you may have!

Christina
