Last night we cashed in our Groupon for dinner at Jing, in Denver's  
Tech Center. It was a wonderful dinner, the staff extremely helpful  
and  the food wonderful.

Even without asking they replaced the soy sauce with wheat free tamari  
sauce, so all my sauces were GF. I had sweet and sour scallops and  
shrimp. The seafood was lightly dusted with cornstarch and flash fried  
in a clean pan. My husband had Peking Duck, which was also safe for me  
to eat.  I will eat there again and again! I have not had any  
reaction, and usually I can tell within hours.
