  GF foods are:
  1.Meat (souvlaki, kokoretsi,gyros)
  2.Cooked with oil vegetables ( string beans,egg plant,gumbo,pea etc..).
Tomato or egg plant or pumpkin, staffed (filled) with rice and sometimes
with chopped meat too.Beware sometimes they cook these with
     rusk on the top.
Be sure that all these are cooced without flavor cubes e.g. Knorr or
Maggi
3.Pulse (gigantes beans) or soups (also beware the flavor cubes)
  4.Salads, horiatiki (tomato, cheese,pepper-plant,oil,salt), tzatziki
     (yogurt,oil, cucumber, VINEGAR).
Frying egg-plants,pumpkins etc .. usually ere NOT GF (cooced with
flour).
You can find GF bread and pasta (makaroni) in Athens , Omonia square
(downtawn) , Mpakakos drugstore (pharmakio in greek).
Flour in greek is ALEVRI (read Latin accent on E).
Does it contain flour? = Ehi alevri ?

     Have a nice time
