Hi Again

  Can anyone tell me if Ortega Taco dinner hard shell, is gluten free??? I
saw it was on a gluten free list and yesterday I made if for dinner. I
thought I was in the clear yesterday I didn't get that headache I usually get
within several hours like I usually do, but today I bloated up like a beached
whale I could breathe very well I kept trying to burp. it was awful and as I
write it is going into another day and I feel the same I am dizzy.  I cannot
take it I think something is okay so I eat it, and it may be, but I am in
terrible shape from something.  I look like someone with Ascites from liver
disease.
