Hi all,

Thank you to all that responded to my recent request for information about
GF eating while in Knoxville TN- I still need to summarize that and send it in
to the list! It has been crazy though the past month and now we are leaving
for  Utah for a huge family get together this weekend, posing yet  another
challenge to this newly diagnosed writer.

We will be flying into and out of Salt Lake, but staying up in  Ogden in the
Eden Valley at a place called Wolf Creek Resort. I have  already sent on the
catering letter that was suggested at the celiac web  site for the catered
luncheon we will be attending that Saturday but  am wondering about shopping for
daily needs while there and for possible  restaurants as I am sure the family
will want to go out a lot while we are  there.
