Hi,
Curious to know if anyone has experienced central american cuisine. I know it is based mainly on corn but wheat seems to be more and more present in local dishes, in commercial sauces or spices for example.
I will be travelling throughout Belize for 3 weeks and would be very grateful for any tips or leads as to How to accomodate a gluten free diet while travelling in this country.
