Folks- I've received differing opinions on my inquiry as to the gluten-free
status of Slim Fast. One person said it was a no-no, while another said it
was on an "old" gluten-free list. I don't know if this has changed and have
not contacted the manufacturer.
        It was mentioned that "Sweet Success" is gluten-free, and a bar called
"Biozone" that is not available through stores, but direct ordering.
        I suppose the best thing to do befroe starting any program wopuld be
to check with the company producing the product!     Lynn
