Just spoke with someone regarding a product called Amazake.  It's made by
Grainaissance.  Does anyone know about this product?  Is it GF?  The
representative I spoke with does not know the gluten status.  Ingredients:
filtered water, organic brown rice, rice koji, xanthan gum.  It's the
koji I am concerned about.  Thanks for any input!Stacye
