Hi Fellow Listmates,

Apologies for taking so long to post this information: The overwhelming answer
to my question as to whether there existed a soy sauce which was GF as well as
corn-free is as follows: All Natural BRAGG Liquid Aminos is completely free of
everything except soybeans and water. There is no additional sodium added; the
spray bottle, which is good for taking to restaurants and for travel, has less
sodium, according to the company. The telephone number is 800-446-l990. I
bought a l6 oz. bottle for $2.95 in my HFS. This is so wonderful for those of
us who have corn intolerances as well as gluten. I have been using Bragg's
successfully and am thankful to all who wrote to me.

There were other brands mentioned, especially Eden's which is imported, but I
have not personally been able to check them for corn products.

This information was so helpful that I am wondering if anyone out there knows
of an egg-free mayo which also does not have corn and is GF???? I will post
any answers to that dilemma. If this porduct does not exist, does anyone know
of a substitute which might resemble mayo???

Thanks to all who responded.

Best wishes,

Leslie in Atlanta, Ga. USA
