Consider taking a little vacation to San Antonio and have no complications
staying gluten free. Stay at Chicken Pardise (www.chickenparapdise.com)
which is a rare treat. It is the only Bed and Breakfast in San Antonio with
a gluten free kitchen. We serve a full gourmet breakfast, and provide a
small kitchen in the suite for your use. in the suite, there is a list of
restaurants with gf menus and others who are celiac friendly.

There is even a new restaurant, The Little Aussie Bakery and Cafe, with a
totally gf kitchen. You can order anything on the menu or order ahead for
things to take home with you. Come on the weekend and take a gf cooking
class. (http://www.thelittleaussiebakery.com/)

San Antonio also has a funky bar where you can listen to live music, drink
gf Redbridge beer, order good food from a gf menu, get your car washed, and
use the laundro-mat.... all at the same time! (

What are you waiting for? Come on down!
