I want to make a really spanking good fruit pie for Thanksgiving, and I am
wondering what you all recommend?  I am interested in a berry or apple pie,
and I want a good pie crust recipe too.  I want to show my gluten eating
friends that a GF pie can be every bit as good, if not better, as a gluten-y
one.
