Having just returned from Norway I wanted to report that the Peppe's Pizza
chain does indeed provide a gluten free pizza which was quite good. My
hostess bought a gluten free bread mix in the grocery store which she made
for me. The ingredients listed wheat starch as an ingredient which I
thought would affect me but it didn't seem to. Does anyone know why that
would be included in a gf mix? Mary in NH
