Has anyone experienced a period of time where they were suffering from
"detox" type symptoms after taking gluten out of their diet?  From
talking to people at our local support group, numerous people have brought
this up.  I personally was very ill for about 6-8 months after
"de-glutenizing" my home.  I'd love to hear anyone's thoughts on this.
