A friend who suffers from migraines was given a miraculous shot by her
doctor -- the headache, she says, de
disappeared instantly.  She was then given a prescription which she can
administer herself, either by shot or by some less frightening form of
hypodermic.  I recommend asking your doctor about new injectable treat-
ments for migraine.
 
My best hope for you, though, is that they simply disappear -- or nearly
so -- as mine have done, in this instance since sticking to a dairy-free
diet.   Also along the way eliminated beer, red wine, grain alcohols...
