Good Morning all,

I have been a member of this list for several months and gleaning all kinds
of great info from all you wonderful people. However, I have come to the
point where I am at a loss. I have not had the tests....I know, I know....I
should but I have had terrible experiences with doctors "practicing their
art of medicine on me" and won't give them any more opportunities so PLEASE
don't flame me for that.

I want to know if some of you have/had the problem of near constant bloating
no matter what you eat? I have been eating GF since April of last year and
most of my bloating, fatigue, migraines, etc. have all but
disappeared...until that past two weeks. This morning for example: I was
feeling pretty good when I woke up. I sat down had my normal breakfast...a
cup of coffee with creamer (read the label - nothing in this variety) and a
GF granola bar (Ener-G). Within 5 minutes----BLOATED like a balloon.

I'm beginning to think that my sensitivity has changed and now I'm doomed to
a life of raw fruits and vegetables and nothing else that might have a trace
of something I might be reacting to. How do you guys do it? I thought I had
a grip on the GF eating lifestyle and now I'm very frustrated by the whole
thing. Maybe I'm just having a "WHY ME?" day.

Thanks for listening,
Holly
