Dear listmates,
One floor below my office is a mexican restaurant where they bake wheat
tortillas every day. When the window is open I often get headaches and
other gluten symptoms. I remember that one person who responded to my
first posting a while back said that he couldn't go near bakeries. Is it
really possible that I am sensitive to gluten in the air? Even the other
people in the office say the smell gives them a headache, but I doubt their
hands swell.
If this is really the case, and I hope it isn't, I guess I'll have to move
my seat somewhere else. Easier said than done as my boss might think I was
going too far with the gluten business.

Dan
