For anyone living close to Chattanooga, TN, we have a new store in town
that carries a wide variety of GF food. It is the Greenlife Grocery,
located on Hixson Pike, close to downtown. I visited them for the first
time last week and I was amazed! They had several varieties of GF pasta,
GF flours, GF baking mixes, cookies (Pamela's was one brand that I
recognized.), rice crackers, Health Valley Rice Bran Crackers, Nature's
Path Honeyed Corn Flakes, Van's GF Waffles (plain, blueberry, and apple
cinnamon), Foods for Life frozen GF breads (several types), and frozen
pizza. I felt like a kid in a candy store. When I complimented the
manager, she offered to carry other items as well. If you live close by,
give them a visit.
