Dear List:

Czech Airlines, trans-Atlantic and within Europe, score 100% in terms of
gluten-free meals.

Well-balanced, attractive foods were served even for short hops (1 and
1/2 hours) with breakfast, lunch, and snack-type meals.  All were
reserved out of New York, with only one telephone call.

So far, no other major carrier has even come close to this standard:
AirFrance, Alitalia, Lufthansa, Swissair included.

I have no interest in this company.  I am merely grateful for such
excellent service.
