Over 50 gluten-free vendors selling their products! 

(Most vendors will have samples and some will accept credit cards)

·        Dr. Peter Green, Director, Celiac Disease Center at Columbia will be attending

·        One day Membership and Entrance fee for the Fair is $10.00 per person (children under 12 free) - Cash only

·        Profits will be donated to: The Celiac Disease Center at Columbia

Ø Find improved diagnosis and treatments for Celiacs.

Ø Educate the medical community on Long Island and possibly find a cure.

 

Approximately 1% of people in the US have Celiac Disease and 97% have not been properly diagnosed.  That means that over 300,000 Long Islanders suffer from Celiac and more than 290,000 of them have not yet been diagnosed.
