I am always looking for ready made desserts that my celiac daughter can have and while shopping at SuperTarget, I found the Archer Farms (Target's brand, I think) chocolate covered, ready-to-serve "Original Cheesecake Bites."   They don't have any "crust,"  just cheesecake dipped in chocolate.  Pretty good!  (a box of 15 for $3.99)
