I've had CS since infancy, or so they tell me. That was 1943, some 10 years
before the gluten-gliadin was found to be the cause of CS and GF the appro-
priate treatment. Nobody told me about the diet until 8 years later. I had
been surviving on bananas, mainly, until I was about 10 years old, and then
on "normal" foods more and more -- though I got unpredictably sick.

Since then, the GF diet has kept me just fine. Why would I want a biopsy?
The diet is not blood pressure pills. It is good food. And it's a whole lot
more variety and freedom than I had before the diet.
