I am reapplying for insurance coverage and am filling out the BIG
questionaire. I seem to recall reading the celiac disease is an auto-immune
disorder. Is that right - or is it a immune disorder. I am wondering if I
need to enter it in the immune disorder section. I have been covered with
insurance by the same company but with risk insurance for celiac disease.
After being gluten-free since my diagnosis a year and a half ago, my
gastroenterologist says all my bad symptoms are gone and I should be
reclassified. Has anyone gone through a similar experience or does anyone
know about the subject question. Thanks. I will summarize.
