Ok. I have thrown away too much stuff in the last 3 weeks, trying to do all
this. My dogs have a lot of gluten free treats!

While I do not have celiac, .. I have food intolerances as tested and found
in the ALCAT test. I feel 1000 times better just in the last weeks, so it
is worth it for me to proceed.

Has anyone out there found a good recipe for any type of bread
/muffin//something mildly bread like... that is ----

Gluten Free//Yeast Free//Oat Free//Soy Free///Corn Free//Egg Free//Sugar
Free and Dairy Free! I have tried some recipes with the boxed egg free
stuff, but not had much luck.

If it takes a bread machine, I will buy one. I made some cookies today with
Teff, they were a small mildly cookie like victory. I did also make a "kind
of like cornbread" thing with chickpea flour.

thanks for any thoughts!
