Subject: response breakfast cereals

These are some of the responses that I have received. Several people
indicated they have checked these cereals out with the manufacturers
others claim that they eat them with no problem -- so do what is best
for you.

In no particular order ---

Health Valley Rice Crunch'ems -- several votes for this one
Health Valley Blue Corn Flakes, Crisp Brown Rice or Puffed Corn
Quaker Oat's Cocoa Blasts
Jo Krisp
Perky's Nutty Rice
Arrowhead Mills Maple Corns
Barbara's Frosted Corn Flakes
Breadshop's Honey Rice & Frosted Corn Flake & Puffs N Honey
US Mills Poppets
Kellogg's Corn Pops & Cocoa Puffs -- ingredients GF but not made in an
                GF environment
Kellogg's Nurigrain Almond Raisen -- probably same as above
Fruity & Cocoa Pebbles
Post Cruncharoos
Sunflakes
General Mills French Toast Crunch -- ingredients GF but not made in an
                GF environment
