Thank you for all.

I recievied 28 answers.

The mayority told me if I adhere to the GF diet, I shuold notice an
improvement in my ability to think and my overall physical and emitional
health should improve.

All of the answers told me that the GF diet is the only solution, but I
should be pacient for about 1 year and a half of GF diet aproximately for
feel beter.

We have to become a detective of our bodys.

It's a good idea to keep close track of what we have aeten before each
reaction by keeping a food diary.

summarizes.

It's imperative to maintain a diet that will allow the intestine to heal as
soon as possible.

I have another question :

Are there special foods or any other things that help the villi to grow
quickly (always maintenance a variety in the GF, of course)?

Blessings
