On Thursday September 5, 2002 7:00 p.m. the Stark County Celiac Support Group is pleased to present Maria Byrer, Culinary Consultant and proprietor of Young's Oriental Market for an informative demonstration of gluten free cooking. Maria will also be bringing an assortment of gluten free products available at her store.
Patients who have been diagnosed with Celiac disease will find this information extremely helpful to assist them in maintaining a gluten free diet.
If you suffer from Celiac disease or have a friend or loved one afflicted, you are encouraged to attend.
