I too have had the aching knuckles problem, but only in one finger, in
one joint. After the doctor found nothing wrong, I began considering
foods. After much tracking, I discovered that, like Steve, the problem
was linked to corn. I can eat it 4 or 5 times a week in moderate amounts,
depending of course on the state of my "trigger finger."
