Hi, List:
For those of you who don't know, there are two books available on the
subject of celiac disease that people find extremely helpful.

"Wheat-free, Worry-Free: The Art of Happy, Healthy, Gluten-Free Living" is
brand new, and reviews have been outstanding. It's divided into four parts:
first, the medical/scientific reasons someone might be on a
wheat-free/gluten-free diet, including the entire gluten-sensitivity
spectrum. The second section is how, what, and where to eat -- safe and
forbidden foods, alternative grains, recipes, and venturing out of the
house. Part Three deals with the emotions behind the diet, and how to
handle the ups, downs, and all-arounds. The last section is the very
technical science behind celiac disease, and is only for those who are
interested in knowing EVERYTHING there is to know. The book is designed so
you can read one or more sections, and can skip around. Most importantly,
the book is intended to teach you to live -- and LOVE -- the gluten-free
lifestyle.

"Kids with Celiac Disease: A Family Guide to Raising Happy, Healthy,
Gluten-Free Children" is the guide that every parent is looking for when
their child is diagnosed with celiac disease. I wrote this book because I
wished I had a manual like this when my son was diagnosed.

Both books are available at any major bookstore, www.amazon.com,
www.glutenfreemall.com or www.glutensolutions.com. Reviews for them can be
found at www.amazon.com. Most importantly, I hope the books are helpful and
enjoyable -- I didn't set out to be an author, but felt that the information
had to be put into fun, easy-to-read, informative books.

Warm wishes for a happy, healthy, gluten-free new year!
Danna Korn
