What:        Central Missouri Celiac Support Group Meeting

When:       August 14th, 2-4pm  

Where:      Rockbridge HyVee Club Room

Program:  Paula Vandelicht, HyVee Dietitian will provide nutrition tips on
staying healthy on a GF diet. 

She will also give a brief tour of the store to show us where GF items can
be purchased.  

Following the tour, Anne Farrow who is with Mary Kay Cosmetics will give a
presentation on GF lotions, sunscreens and other cosmetics.  

 

The ladies from My Sister's House GF will be bringing more delicious items
for us to sample.  Looking forward to seeing everyone there!
