Hi,

after I read the discussion over GF or not GF of Negra Modelo, I called
the german importer Sierra Madre in Hagen, Tel.: +49 23 31 / 63 20 83
Fax: +49 23 31 / 63 20 86, and asked him about the GF certifikate.
He send me a Fax with the analysis of Dr. E.-M. Ehrenhofer-Schaefers.

He used the Gegenstromelektrophorese from Gocke and Howe with which you can
prove existance of Gliadin/Gluten.
His result was GF!!!

The ingrediences, (In Germany we have an obligation, that the ingredients
must be shown on the packing.) are corn, rice and ascorbineacid.
