Fellow List members,

>It would be nice to know where the above information came from !!
>I live in ENGLAND where Colman's Mustard is made and the ingredients
>listed above are NOT those in the ENGLISH "Colman's English Mustard".
>The ENGLISH version contains WHEAT !!!!!!!!

I received the above from a gentleman in England.
The ingredient list I posted came directly off of the bottle I have
in my refrigerator. I am in the USA, and our version is manufactured
in New Jersey by a company under the "Authority of Colman's of Norwich".
        the whole paragraph runs...

        For Nutrition information call 1.800.841.1256.
manufactured under the Authority of Colman's of Norwich by Reckitt &
Colman Inc., Wayne, New Jersey 07474

As a side note, I have found it to go quite well on a sandwich made
with Betty Hagman's Ploughman's Bread sans cheese (in the recipe).
Actually this bread is quite tasty all by itself.

        *happily munching away*
