I'm needing some information of other's experiences. I have had diarrhea
since 1993, was
diagnosed via blood work in January of 99 and went gluten free. I also
discovered that I am
allergic to soy. But I still have long periods when I have diarrhea again ~
perhaps I've injested
wheat or soy without knowing it.

My question is, is this usual? Does anyone else have soy allergy and if you
injest soy do symptoms last a long time? When does the digestion clear up,
if ever? I've begun to wonder
if I have something else. However, when I initially stopped all gluten I
got better for several
months. I did cheat a few times in those first years but it's been quite a
while since I've intentionally injested gluten and now I've had problems
since March. I know I've had soy as in
chocolate but I assumed that soy was not "harmful" just undigestable but
maybe I'm wrong.
Hope this is somewhat clear.

Help.

Thanks,

Nora
