Hi all,

Here are some of the responses that I got regarding Sunscreen (sorry about the typo on the original) Thanks for the great advice and for the good wishes for our vacation. You guys are the best! Have a Blessed Thanksgiving!

  1. I have used coppertone with no problem.

  2. The Environmental Working group did a study and found that the best
protection with the least toxicity was "Badger". It isn't cheap and after
the results were announced this past summer you couldn't find it in
stock anywhere. I'd say the rush is probably over now...
Have fun.

  3. We've been using the kids' Banana Boat sunscreen for a couple of years. Also, the Neutrogena for sensitive skin we have used a lot without any problems.

  4. I use Neutrogena brand. Have fun!

  5. I was told this past summer that Coppertone and Banana Boat were
gluten free.

  6. Per the companies: Banana Boat Sport (15 and 30) is gluten-free.
Bader is also gluten-free but hard to find. I get a horrible rash when my skin is exposed to products with gluten. Banana Boat doesn't cause any issues so I feel safe recommending it to someone else. Enjoy Florida!

  7. Not sure if it's GF - but Blue Lizard is very good. Often recommended
by dermatologists. My GF son doesn't react to it, either. Where in Florida
will you be visiting? Legal Seafood and BF Chang both have GF menus, but be careful at the
latter restaurant in Aventura. Happy Thanksgiving.
