The Gluten-Free Certification Organization (_www.GFCO.org_ 
(http://www.GFCO.org) ) website gets a new look with a  search-friendly database of certified 
products. You can search the database two  ways : by company and by product 
type. A separate, access-controlled database  will soon be available to 
manufacturers, listing manufacturing ingredients that  have been certified by GFCO.
 
GFCO is proud to announce certification of Core Naturals (Salba), Corn  
Products (Expandex Starch), La Tortilla Factory (teff tortillas), Thumann?s  
(meats), and NuWorld Amaranth. 
 
Core Naturals / Nutracell is the distributor of Salba, a wonderful seed  with 
cooking properties that includes a unique thickening and gelling  properties.
