Nancy Klobedanz who has spearheaded this effort to write our Congress
people provided the added info. below (Find your Congress people at
http://www.visi.com/juan/congress/ziptoit.html or Congress.org):

I did a query at http://thomas.loc.gov for 'food allergen' this morning and
I got the following:

Listing of 2 bills containing your phrase exactly as entered. 1 . Food
Allergen Consumer Protection Act (Introduced in Senate)[S.2499.IS] 2 .
Food Allergen Consumer Protection Act (Introduced in House)[H.R.4704.IH]

Note Sec. 3. '(3) '(A) and '(C) of both bills contains the comments for
wheat, rye, barley, oats, and triticale.
