Pardon me for my rant, but does anyone else out there get annoyed when
someone says to ask your doctor for advice on what to eat? Unless the doctor
has celiac disease or has someone in their family who has the disease, they
would not know too much more about what food products to use than anyone you
could pick off the street! The best people to ask questions of are the
people reading this letter; i.e., the people in this support group; the
people who live with this disease.
