Hi all-
I got a ton of replies to my post on going to see a nutritionist who is well
informed on our condition. Seems like I'm far from alone in my search for
weight loss, well balanced  meals and sound nutritional advice. There is a
listserv member whose father is a diagnosed Celiac and would be a wonderful
contact for those who live in her area. I don't know how large the Celiac
