MEETING AGENDA
Speaker: Nashville Celiac Suppport Group member Christine Fry, R.D. has been
a registered dietitian for 12 years. She has been on a gluten-free diet for
4 ­ 5 years. Chris plans to cover how to apply the USDA and HHS Dietary
Guidelines for Americans 2005 to the Celiac gluten-free diet so that we can
be informed on how to have the healthiest diet possible.

composition of the various gluten free flours. This will be in an informal
style, so questions are welcome. Handouts will also be passed out.
