To Stephanie in Colorado:

I understand your situation and the need to find some help. However,
health fraud, which includes nutrition fraud, is big business. There
are many quack tests which claim to test the absorption rate of
vitamins and minerals. It is difficult to determine the absorption
and such tests are few and far between. While the term naturopath
sounds reassuring, they are usually physicians who practice
alternative ways of treatment, whatever that means. Just watch your
pocket book. If you really want to know about absoprtion of vitamins
and minerals, see a dietitian.
