Has anyone experienced "tummy troubles" (to put it nicely) from the xanthum
gum used in gf recipes? We are on a gf diet for my son's developmental
delays and have converted the whole household to make the adjustment easier
on him. I think I have narrowed down the culprit of our shared diarhea to
the xanthum gum. Any suggestions on alternatives, or any bread/pasta
recipes
that don't call for it? I have Betty Hagman's cook books but wonder about
other recipes... Karen
