My son, age 4, has been gluten - free (as far as we can tell, we're still
learning to locate the "hidden" gluten) for about two months.  He has had 3
or 4 mistakes that we know about.  His reaction comes within 4 - 12 hours
after ingesting the gluten.  He has autism and is not suspected of having
celiacs (though with the diarrhea and other syptoms I MIGHT have him checked
for CD).  His reactions are behavioral.
