My sister-in-law has been recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease and the
family is trying to be supportive and help her through this the best we can.
She unfortunately has a severe case of denial going on. She still insist on
eating whatever is in front of her and belly aches (no pun intended) about it
later. If you know of any restaurants in the Colorado Springs area that cater
to GF diets please let me know. Also if you have any ideas on how to help her
through her denial so she can begin her road to better health, any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Tammy Dunson
The caring Sister-in-law
