Hi,

I'm supposed to go in for a major seven-day cleanse tomorrow morning.  My doc has included wheat germ oil capsules in the vitamin packets that I'm supposed to take.  She seemed to think this would be safe b/c celiacs only have problems with the gluten protein and this would be different.  However, some of the websites I have found have said it's gluten free, while others say to avoid it. Since I'm largely doing this b/c I am recently diagnosed and want to be purged of anything lingering around, I wanted to make double sure that I would not be recontaminating.  

Also, I'm guessing the wheat germ oil capsules are the goldish ones (all of the vitamins are in little packets that aren't labelled), but if anyone has ever taken these things and they're a different color, that would be a helpful thing to know.  Thanks!
