From this group, I learned about the Outback restaurants having a Gluten-free menu.  We went there last night and had a fantastic meal.  I had the Thunder from Down Under dessert (minus the ice cream) and it was absolutely wonderful.  

I wonder if anyone knows of any other chain restaurants that have made the same kind of commitment to Celiacs?
