Dear Celiac and Gluten Free Friends,

I am wondering which laxatives or fiber enhancers are gluten free?  I have
taken Muscilex in the past, but it has sylium as its primary fiber.  

I am currently trying Fiber Con, since the ingredients do not look like they
are gluten based.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
