I received two responses to my query:

I'd like to direct you to the Windsor Celiac groups website (under
construction!) which lists GF friendly restaurants under 'Resources'. It
is www.celiacfoundation.tk/ . I would like to recommend a restaurant in
our town of Amherstburg (south of Windsor) called Caldwell Grant - they
are very knowledgeable & if you want dessert too just call the day ahead &
they usually can prepare something for you. Enjoy!

You may find this site helpful

Thank you for the information. We intend to go to Caldwell Grant one
evening.
